Shipping costs

Shipment will take place directly after receipt of the shipping confirmation. Shipping may take up to four working days.

Our service provider DPD attempts to deliver the order up to four times. If the customer is not present, the provider will leave a notification card. A delivery date or another delivery address can then be agreed.

Important note: All domestic subscriptions and all admission tickets for events are free of shipping costs!
